There is a deep level of respect that I have for people who can produce music without any assistance from instrumental sound. The reason stems from my experience performing a capella. It is one thing to feed off of external sound because it does not disappear if you stop singing, unless you want it to. But to convince yourself that your are hearing something that is not there and harmonize your voice with it (thereby producing a second source of sound) requires a certain talent that not many people appreciate. So imagine my excitement when I witness someone who can produce not just one sound but multiple sounds without any synthesizers or bass. It is a beautiful thing!
And that is what beatboxers do! That is their gift, their talent and I am proud to showcase it. So I present to everyone reading this post, a compilation of a beatboxer named Marcus Perez. I hear a lot of his work is on Vine, so if you use or view Vine, I highly suggest looking this guy up. Enjoy!
Special thanks to AlotVines for compiling all of these classics. Please show your appreciation by liking the video here and leave a comment on their page.
