Christmas is Close; So Are Finals!

If you live in the United States, you're probably going through the final stretch of the first semester. And no final stretch would be complete without the gut-wrenching, soul tearing, time-consuming monstrosities known as semester finals.



In all fairness, not all finals are created equal. I know a couple finals I took in the past that had me teetering between pass and fail. Yet other finals had no effect on my overall grade in the class because I made an honest attempt to get as much extra credit as possible and keep my grade as close to perfect as I could. Regardless of my academic standing in any class, preparing for finals was ( and still is ) one of the most nerve-racking periods of my collegiate year. I assume some of you feel the same way. So for the remaining week or so, I will be posting a series of songs that have helped me through this trying period and I hope they will help you too.

I call this segment, the Final Push. May these songs give you strength.
